Mr Skyrme travelled to Barcelona for the latest in a round of meetings to decide the update on the ITF Tournament rules. Also in attendance was Mr McCabe and Master Muleta via conference call. Master Nicholls was there to add the final seal of approval from the ITF Executive.

After a very extensive meeting of which all the amendments have now been agreed. Once formally compiled we will announce them here at www.tkd.co.uk a fountain of information for ITF Taekwon-Do.
