Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art. As a member of UK ITF, King Cobra Taekwondo practise ITF Taekwon-Do under the Presidency of Choi Jung Hwa, son of the Founder of Taekwon-Do, Gen Choi Hong Hi. The syllabus includes fundamental movements, patterns, sparring and self defence. Students benefit from fitness training, improving balance, co-ordination and confidence.
