Juniors (4-8 yrs)

The Juniors follow an age-appropriate syllabus that involves games and exercises to not only help children practice the techniques of taekwondo, but also to improve their gross motor skills, spatial awareness, co-ordination and social skills such as taking turns and teamwork.

16:00 - 17:00

Cadets (8-12yrs)

The Cadets class learn the official ITF taekwondo syllabus, which means they can work their way up the belts through gradings that occur every 3-4 months.

20:00 - 21:30

Our women's session, Taekwondo4Women, aims to create a community of like-minded ladies who enjoy training together; it is a friendly, supportive and relaxed environment where students come to have fun and feel comfortable learning a martial art together.
