Master Nicholls travelled to Lagos, Nigeria with Lee Hollingsworth to conduct a technical seminar for ITF Africa. Upon his arrival was meet by Mrs Patricia Dalton and a number of ITF Africa representatives. Ferried to the extravagantly named restaurant "The Londoner", for a welcoming meal. Joined by Mr Don Dalton and the other members of Team Europe, they enjoyed "Fish and Chips"(No mushy Pee''''s tho..). After which Master Nicholls and delegates were then taken to their Hotels.

Starting early next morning for what was going to be a 7 hour session, Master Nicholls assisted by Mr Don Dalton and demonstrations carried out by Mr Lee Hollingsworth, Mrs Patricia Dalton, Mr Shane Fitzgibbon, Mr Sean Keane took the seminar participants through a summary of ITF Sparring rules and Regulations. ITF Africa''''s members primarily with backgrounds in WTF were keen to learn, and asked numerous questions helping them to understand and complete the transition to ITF style Taekwon-Do.

Day 2 started with a recap, then moved the focus to special technique, another first for ITF Africa. After which the class was divided up in to two groups, 4th degrees and above - 3rd''''s and below where Master Nicholls and Mr Dalton lead the groups through the finer aspects of pattern work. Ending at around 6pm the group broke off for a well earned rest.

Master Nicholls would like to thank ITF Africa for there hospitality and general professionalism, not forgetting Mr & Mrs Dalton for there continued hard work in the promotion of ITF Taekwon-Do throughout Africa. Imperial as a group look forward to working with them all in the future. Master Nicholls would like to personally thank Mr Lee Hollingsworth for both his assistance throughout the seminar and outstanding performance within Team Europe.
