UK ITF clubs in West London, Hayes and Yiewsley Taekwon-Do Academies, recently ran Parents in Sport with their Generation X classes for 4-7yr olds.  The children gained confidence and enjoyed being able to share their knowledge and understanding and demonstrate their ability to parents.  Parents and instructors shared in their fun and improved their appreciation of the fitness and skill development displayed by the youngsters.  Many of the young students aspire to emulate their club members and instructors in furthering their Taekwon-Do experience and, for some, participating at regional, national and international events in the future.  The importance of fun and enjoyment in training was evident and we look forward to inviting parents back to these and other classes.
