|  | On Saturday, September 21st, Grand Master Nicholls led a technical seminar for our senior members, diving deep into all 24 Tuls, step sparring, and pad work drills. With the expertise of GM Gassor, GM Wood, and six UK ITF Masters, we enjoyed insightful discussions and an invaluable exchange of techniques.
To wrap up the session, Grand Master Nicholls shared his experiences with ITF President Choi Jung Hwa during his recent trip to Korea, emphasising the importance of staying grounded, eager to learn, and sharing knowledge within our community.
A big thank you to all who supported this event, especially to the teams from Royal Dutch and Slovenia who traveled to join us! 🙌
We also celebrated Mr. Dempsey from Region 12, who successfully promoted to 6th Degree after a challenging grading session that included pattern work, UK ITF syllabus, step sparring, free sparring, and power breaking.
