|  | Great turn out for the UK ITF Nottingham Seminar conducted by GM Nicholls and supporting Instructors. The session was broken down into two technical workshops. The first focused on coordinating the upper and lower body when performing fundamental movements and looked at applying the core to deliver power.
The second workshop broke down the kicking lines when performing front snap kick, side piercing kick and turning kick. Emphasis was placed on using the base leg to add support and power to each kick.
We would like to thank GM Nicholls for leading the seminar and instructors from Region 5 for hosting the event. We would also like to thank all members within UK ITF for supporting the day.
