Comments: 2Success for Students at International Grading In Rome We would like to congratulate both Mr Jamie McAvoy and Miss Jay Gilbert on their successful testing to 4th Degree black belt. Following a very tiring competition both students dug deep and in front of a panel of Maters were put their through their paces alongside fellow students Scott Owen (UK) Norman Magua South Africa. Working through all Kup and degree Tul as well as one step and free sparring the students were left exhausted yet excited to have performed at such a monumental occasion, and I am sure this experience will stay in their memories for a lifetime. Following an in-depth discussion on the importance of understanding the application of each movement and the historical significance of each tul, the panel announced the successful promotion of all in attendance Congratulations… Mr Norman Magua VI Degree Mr Scott Owen IV Deghee Miss Jay Gilbert IV Degree Mr Jamie McAvoy IV Degree
