About St Albans UKITF

The St Albans club was founded in 2008 with an emphasis on excellence in performance.  The club focuses on a small number of students (no more than around 20 in a class) to ensure that each individual gets the maximum amount of time with the instructor as possible.  Because this club is not run for personal profit then the student is free to grade as the pace that is appropriate to their needs in order to make the best out of their training.  As a result many of our students take part in competitions and get great results.

The club is very friendly and we all support each other.  So everyone is welcome.  You do not have to be an athlete at the peak of your prime, just a member of the public who wants to progress an interest that is beneficial for their health and well being.

In the past the instructor has competed at a high level and done very well at both Taekwon Do and open tournaments.  So as a member you have a great wealth of experience to draw on.

Students are actively encouraged to go to tournaments and seminars in order to broaden their knowledge and deepen their experience of Taekwon Do.
