Poole Taekwon-Do Academy, the newest addition to Trenic
Taekwon-Do Academies, is pleased to congratulate our first group of Generation
X students to successfully achieve their recent ‘Perseverance’ grading.

Taekwon-Do
is a great activity for participants of any
age and ability to improve their fitness, flexibility, stamina, balance and
co-ordination. The discipline, syllabus
and ethos of the martial art enables participants to progress at their own
pace. Classes are welcoming and led by
accredited instructors.
Poole TKD Academy offers Generation X (4-7yrs) and Cadets
(8-12yrs) classes on Tue/Thu from 4.30pm and Saturday mornings from 10am. Adult (13yrs+) classes are held on Tue/Thu
evenings, 7-8pm. We are currently
running a ‘Touch Gloves’ class for ladies, 19-25yrs, on Saturday mornings,
11.30am-12.30pm. For further information
