Master Nicholls Delivers Seminar in Cornwall

On Sunday 5th October Grand Master Nicholls was kind enough to deliver a 2 hour seminar for the clubs of region 4. After a brief warm up the emphasis was on target lines for kicks. This meant exploring body positioning with leg raises.


Then came technical analysis of side piercing kick and the side kick ''''family''''. To enable correct kicking students had to practice bending stance ''''A'''' and ''''B''''. This was followed by back kick and reverse side kick.


All in all a thorough work out for everyone''''s hamstrings!


A massive thank you to Grand Master Nicholls from all in Region 4 to make a great event.
