12 intrepid souls undertook the 2011 Kickathon Challenge at Cuddington Village Hall on Friday night, ranging in age from 7 - 72 years old, and grades from white belt to 3rd Degree Black Belt.

Each entrant had to perform as many of the designated kicks in their alloted time as they could. The first set of kicks were turning kicks, followed by a set of lead leg side kicks, and finally the quad killing final set of flying front kicks with a 2 footed jump.

The Gen X & cadets had 60 seconds to do each set of kicks, and the juniors, adults and seniors 90 seconds per set. Below is a complete list of the entrants and their results, the numbers in brackets are the kicks per minute rate for everyone. In total between the 12 participants there were 1226 turning kicks, 1219 side kicks & 594 flying front kicks in a maximum of 4 1/2 minutes!!!
